Thank you ever so much for your help in mediation. I have found the staff and mediators to be kind and professional throughout and would like to extend my thanks. The meetings online have worked well. There's been no travelling time and I've been comfortable and safe at home which was very important to me. The mediator was so kind and professional. Her tone was excellent and she understood our needs perfectly. Our aim was to be kind and fair and we got to this solution with their guidance.
