Well, what a terrible time wasters!!!! I've emergency appointment today, unfortunately, due to road work I arrived 9 minutes late and women with glasses (receptionist) refused to help me. she was patronised and try to give me a lesson I understand that you need to be on time But some time people late due circumstances No effort been made, she said I need to call again, that is difficult, due to covid 19 I was in pain all night and they refused to treat me, I went back home with a bleeding gum, pain and frustration Shame on you FIELSIDE DENTAL PRACTICE

The Dentist Brenda and practise team are outstanding, I had to arrange emergency treatment for my sister who suffers terribly with her mental health. From the minute they answered the phone to my sister leaving, they were professional and supportive and most importantly kind. A shining example of Best professional practise.
This practice is OUTSTANDING!!! I never ever write reviews... but this practice really does deserve a review! I have always been very anxious when going to the dentist and worried. My dentist and all the staff are AMAZING! They put me at ease and make me feel safe and really looked after! Excellent support throughout! I can not thank them enough! Thankyou for dealing with a very anxious and worried patient!
Had emergency appointment today for toothache, was terrified and shaky but the dentist Brenda and her lovely nurse were kind, patient, and explained everything to me. Brenda was really thorough with her assessment and explanation of the problem. Would completely recommend, especially to nervous patients.
I was recently referred by NHS 111 as an emergency patient to Fieldside, I was in pain & needed an extraction. Since moving to Yorkshire I hadn't found a dentist & as I'd been with my previous dentist nearly 40yrs i was desperate. The care I recieved from Fieldside was exceptional especially considering the recent Covid situation. Staff were very professional & caring from start to finish. I cant praise the dentist Brenda Procter enough, she was caring, professional & exceptional, she explained the procedure in detail & completely put me at ease in a scary situation. Shes was gentle & did a fantastic job removing my tooth, i cant thank her & her assistant enough. I only hope that when things get back to normal I can eventually register with the practice. Thankyou.
