I have just ordered &paid through the app. They made me wait 10 minutes and asked me the proof of my 5 reward , i said it is already on the app. If the reward was not valid ,the order wouldn’t go through. I don’t have a proof other then the app on my phone & order number. If you are not happy to honour it Don’t give a reward.

Its OK, the food was OK but apparently you have to ask for knife, fork and/or spoon now as, unless you do, they expect you to eat coleslaw with your fingers. That shouldn't have happened in a COVID-19 situation, I shouldn't have had to nip back and dodge cars queuing at the drive through to ask for cutlery. So remember ask for cutlery also ... forgot CONDIMENTS and serviettes, they weren't in my bag either. Enjoy
Slow service and badly managed queue, ran out of a popular item, at lunchtime... Sat for nearly 8 minutes waiting for food to cook and then had to wait longer while staff served customers who ordered after... Not particularly a staff problem but more how the management allow them to operate without correction.
