Premium Brands at Premium Prices but let down by the appalling behaviour of the owner Mathew Herzberg. You don’t mind paying for quality but not to be verbally abused when pointing out the short comings of the vehicle prep. The staff are friendly and courteous despite their boss’s behaviour. Think of Basil Faulty but not funny. My abiding memory of the hand over is watching other prospective customers walk away after also being offended. No doubt a rebuke will follow but my advice –to Mathew, ask those around you about your conduct- to customers proceed with caution.

Having had a good look around we decided to buy a Morelo Palace from Premium motorhome they were able to answer all my questions and gave us a reasonable deal. We have had just a few teething problems which have been sorted promptly. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff always willing to help.

They were fantastic, attention to detail and friendly from dropping off to collecting. They couldn’t do enough for me. Communication was great. I am so pleased I chose to use them. The sales process has been informative; we knew exactly what we were buying, and the handover was very thorough. We used the motorhome over Christmas and it has been great.
