5 star in all departments. Ordered two bulk bags , no fuss, arrived on time as scheduled , delivery driver polite and very helpful. So pleased went and ordered another bulk bag for front garden , was not enough so ordered another and Proturf staff could not have been more helpful Both follow ups delivered on time no fuss. DO NOT BUY from this awful company. They sent 1 ton of wrong size stones to what I ordered and refused to pay for shipping demanding I pay 75 for return shipping. I went to Stones4Homes instead wonderful company and sold the others privately getting all my money back. BE WARNED AVOID!!

After a couple issues with bank holiday weekend everything has been sorted. The team got in touch to clear things up and let me know that the delivery truck had broken down very quickly. Very pleased with the service and product delivered. Delivery guy was also very nice and placed the pallet nice a neatly out the way.
