I have just read a negative comment regarding Rae Solar and would like to say I would be quite surprised if it were true. They have carried out many solar installations on my behalf and I can certify that their workmanship is excellent. I have never had any complaints from my customers nor had to go back to any of the installations. I have even gained extra customers from my clients recommending Rae Solar to their friends. An excellent company.

Leaking roof - Blatantly left with hole/cracked tile - RAE contracting attended site following complaints about a leak in the roof 1 February and blamed the Ridge tiles. Ridge Tiles fixed (at customers expense) and did not fix the problem. Turns out the roofer had clamped the roof hook down so hard it smashed the tile below it which would of been evident as they did it (the old and new tile could not physically fit under the roof hook) and then they blatantly left it with a 'hole' in the roof and had fitted the panels over the top. Photographic evidence available and will be uploading online soon - and this post is from a paying customer, so I suggest the comments by RAE Contracting added in response to this review are revoked.

This company falsified and fabricated electrical test results and left a number of installations in a dangerous condition - Avoid. RAE Contracting also made slanderous allegations against a number of professional electricians despite evidence clearly showing this company failed to do it its job correctly and had acted inappropriately and this company then refused / failed to provide essential information such as calibration certificates and answers as to why they had falsified electrical test results. Photographs and recordings to be uploaded soon to highlight issues and defend slanderous claims by RAE Contracting as they tried to deny wrongdoing despite the evidence stacked up against them - I double dare RAE contracting to make a statement denying this review - because a link to evidence posted online can be added.
