A very scary experience buying a car online, but Tim Stone and colleagues made this experience really easy, right from emailing the dealers with our enquiry through to picking up our brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse. Upon arrival everyone was so friendly and professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Agreed to buy a car in trade as I had a customer for it. Glen (Salesman) said the car was clean and they will be servicing and doing a fresh MOT on it. I paid the advertised priced so was expecting the car to be pretty clean with no marks or scuff or dents etc... I turned up and found loads of marks everywhere. (Attached are pics) I'm a reasonable person so I was expecting them to give some money off the car for me to repair and fix these issues but they did not give anything off. The car had to have the front bumper, rear bumper, front right wing, back right door sprayed and a full car polish to make it right as there was swirl marks everywhere. It was a 2017 Audi, only done 30k miles so I was expecting wear and tear stuff like stone chips and light marks around the car, but as you can see from the pictures the car was not prepped correctly. Our dealership will never sell anything close to that condition as we have standards. Obviously these guys don't. Also they had to change 3 tyres when they were doing the pre delivery inspection on the car and they put cheap budget tyres on them which are really loud and they hardly have any grip. TO YOUR REPLY: You guys told me car was mint and it won't. I don't understand your reply. You knew I had a customer for it and you took advantage of it by telling me car is mint when it won't. you knew I would not walk away from it. NORMALLY TRADE TO TRADE DEALS, YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST, YOU WAS NOT.

Just bought a used car from here, could not have been easier. Full marks to Tim, Michael and Jason. Everything was completed on line and by phone, including taxing the car. The distance selling regs were explained including 14 day cooling off period and I got a 6 months warranty. To anyone in doubt about buying a used car, you can't go wrong at Riverside Mitsubishi.
