I've always found staff and doctors here very helpful and friendly and they have always tried to their full abilities to help me and my family.
After literally NEVER being able to get an appointment in any way shape or form, I’ve Just changed to the Scott practice today which is next door and got an appointment straight away, best thing I ever did was change surgeries,
Called the practise on a Wednesday to arrange an appointment for the following Monday but advised that the appointments for the following week are not released until the following week and to call back on Monday. Absolutely ridiculous, is it really not sensible to at least to schedule a full working week in advance? Very very poorly managed care provider!
Unfriendly, rude staff. Same as the GP I was appointed. Don't remember his name but felt like I was in a police interrogation room. An appointment is oftentimes available in 2-3 weeks. You either heal on your own or you die. What a difference between the practice in Swallownest and this..
