I live in a adjacent property to a council house that is getting new roof and facias and guttering and pebble dashing.I bought my property in 2004 and have had nothing but problems and damage to my property whenever the council decide to upgrade theirs.The company their using at the moment energie have caused no end of problems and damage.Theyve not erected scaffolding properly at the rear of my property which nearly caused a fatal accident to my wife after bricks and debris came crashing down into the rear of my garden just missing my wife.Then only Tuesday of this week they showered my back garden with pebbles which they were using to render next door. I've got pictures and video footage of the damage and what do the council decide we will replace a 40 plastic box that got damaged.Im seeking legal advice about the way we've been treated and also going to pursue with the local MP

Contradiction from each employee. Slow at actioning repairs, many of which have to repaired again due to cheap fixes. I'm amazed how many things they claim are not their responsibility. Apparently although they have laid all the paths they are only responsible for parts of. If listed the issues we would go on forever. I do however point out the people who are carryout the actual repairs are good. These issues lay with the inspectors and management.

It is absolutely shocking, reported problems with bad neighbour - there tenants, no respond. MINUS ---- 5 star. Ratings do not lie. They do not care about anybody

Just an absolute joke zero organisational skills ...staff contradicting each other and always taking the its not my responsibility stance and how they can never reach the person responsible ....please just go into liquidation and do everyone a favour

Mother lived in one of there homes for 70 years no compassion what so ever when she died just wanted keys back and make shore all her life's belongings are out
