I ordered a garage door and when Richard Palmers installer arrived I was given the wrong door so I did not want to install the wrong door. Richard was on the phone to his installer and was being very abusive towards me! I contacted Richard and asked for my deposit money back and he did not respond. This company is greedy and Richard needs to learn how to treat customers with respect!
