Went for 1st swim in these weird times. Booking app wasn't taking payments, so turned up and paid. Still a lovely pool and staff were very helpful. Nice swim.

We've had six lessons from Dorchester Sports Centre so far and we already learned so much. We are looking forward to continue our lessons and improve our tennis skills!
Great for my recovery i had not been for about 6 years .I was made very wellcome all really clean and C19 prepared felt comfortable and really enjoyed to swim again its helping me to get well .Thankyou all .
If I post 0 I would. Went to the Pool booked online there phone were not working lady was really rude. She told me that I could only use 1 line out of the 2 I booked then told me cause it was under my name I was the only one who could use the lanes. Then I told her never mind. Will never return away and if you come down on holiday I would go else were as you won’t even get through the doors.
Terrible! Phones are NEVER manned. I have tried 6 times over the course of 3 days to book a swim for myself and 3 year old, one point holding for over 30 minutes. Would have done online but apparently you need to call in order to book a swim for under 4s. What is the point of not offering this swim age online and to instead be required to phone when you're not going to answer the phones! Decided to book a swim for myself and unsurprisingly their online booking just repeatedly throws error pages so impossible to book. Utterly useless system and a pointless waste of my time trying to use the services.

Turned up today after booking a swim after last weeks private lesson. I was told the booking hadnt been made even though i was stood there watching it put on the system. The person working had a couldnt care less attitude. What a waste of my time! Brilliant customer service! Not!
