Very helpful staff and manager. Agreed a satisfactory price with our buyers. Time to exchange took a little longer than hoped but they kept chasing the buyers estate agent and solicitor. Would certainly use them again.

As a first time home buyer, and a single person, this process was already quite daunting but it was not made easier by GTH. There was a lot of lacking information and knowledge on their part regarding the property that I viewed, and consequently made an offer on. I didn't find out important information until I was sat opposite my solicitor. Information such as the type of building was a coach house and this meant that as the freeholder I would be responsible for insuring 5 garages below the 1 bed flat I had put an offer on. This hadn't been mentioned to me at all throughout the viewing process or made clear when I made the offer. As far as I was aware, it was a 1 bed flat, with option to buy the freehold and a separate freehold garage. On 2 occasions when viewing the flat I was shown to the wrong garage. The first time this happened we (the agent, myself and a relative) tried to unlock someone else's garage. The next time an agent tried to take me to this same garage I told her, the garage isn't that one, and I was asked if I was sure several times. On another occasion I called to set up a viewing of the flat as the process was taking a while and I wanted to see it again. The staff member was abrupt and rude, and seemed affronted when I asked for a later appointment time than 9am as this didn't fit with my schedule. There was 1 member of staff who was helpful throughout, but unfortunately the total negative experience with this estate agents over shadowed his efforts. I would not recommend buying or selling through this company.
