The price for our move was reasonable and it was over 2 days with full packing/unpacking. Unfortunately, on the 2nd day we had agreed to do 2 half-loads so 1 member of their team could unpack, so we waited at the destination for them to arrive, but they had decided to do a full load, which meant a lot of our time was wasted. It also meant that we had to rush to put stuff away as 3 people unpacked. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they also wanted to finish as quickly as possible.. When I went to the old home they had missed 2 entire rooms, so i had to move this separately. I complained about this in a constructive manner and just received a \It is your responsibility to do the final walk-through\. Which ignored the fact that we couldn't because we were unpacking and not doing what was agreed. I also would imagine that they could check the house before they leave, but apparently not without me! I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but after the response I had and an then email asking for a review, I am. I won't use them for my next move.

The quote booking was done by an extremely professional man, using digital tools to give an accurate estimate and allow for items in doubt. telephone and email contacts were quick to respond. The staff on the day of removal were professional, accommodating to our requests and questions, and very friendly. I had some concerns regarding the material used such as lack of large boxes. But the crew were innovative to go round this.

Customer service first class. Communication was easy, straight through on the phone, quick access to our details so making plans, getting answers to questions was only a short call away. You don't get lost in the system. Delivery crew were professional and courteous. Would use them again

Kev and Bob arrived on schedule despite the Edinburgh’s bypass doing its best to stop them. They organised and packed safely and carefully and managed some heavy boxes without issue. They worked well as a team and after 14 moves, Doree Bonner are in my top 2! Thanks guys.
