We have had this policy for almost a year now. In my mind it’s far better than a previous policy with a well know dental insurance. I feel it’s far more cost effective. I found it extremely easy to take out and so easy to claim a child could do it. The claims that I have made have been dealt with quickly with no hiccups what so ever. It’s stated very simply how much you can claim with each level of cover, so if you’ve an issue with that, you’re taking out the wrong cover or not reading the charts properly. In my mind a great company and worth joining. Thank you Dencover.

FIVE STAR service from Abby Matthews with splitting a joint policy into two sole policies. I’ve been a Dencover customer for over 5 years. In my experience Claims are super easy to make and get paid super quickly . Abby’s efforts must nevertheless be specially recognised. Her professionalism, tenacity and friendly manner will mean Dencover will continue to be my provider of choice.

If anyone is looking to take out dental insurance please do not take out any with this company. This is the worse company that I have ever done business with they do not care about the customers at all. All they are interested in is taking the money from you each month. I had taken out dental insurance with this company and they started off great in the beginning then they got taken over by another company and the service became so poor. The customer service have no idea had to manage calls and they give you misleading information and when you call them up about the information you was given then. They then do there investigation with the recorded telephone call that you had they don’t let you hear the conversation yourself. They then message you to tell you that it’s you who are in the wrong and not them. Isn’t the customer the one who is in the right especially when they have been with the insurance company for more than five years and they have never had any problems with them. The claim that they pay out for the insurance that your claiming for is not worth it at all. I recommend you try another dental insurance as this one is not good at all.

Actually I wanted to give them 0 star as rating. This is one of the pathetic service you could receive in UK. My personal experience is very bad. They will charge in no time but when it come to claim, they will go in hibernation. I won't recommend this to anyone, save your money guys. Use some better insurance I would suggest. It's more than a month I am still waiting my claim to settle and now I have stopped using this service at all.

Not sure about others but my experience with them has always been pretty good (have been with them for over a year). Have had to process over 1,000 in claims and didn't have problems. They've been pretty quick too so no complaints.

The customer service has become a joke don’t know what’s happened to this company, used to be very efficient. They say they try to process claims in 10 working days but last 3 claims have taken at least 20 days . If you email them which I have numerous times I have never once had a reply. If uou phone you get excuse after excuse with no compassion. Only way to deal with this treatment is to write and complain to financial ombudsman. Not sure who runs this company but they need to take heed and sort things out.

Avoid if you value timely and accurate customer service. (Mistakenly) took a policy with these jokers. Sensed they were a shambolic company. Been trying to cancel ever since, which I am entitled to do. Constantly ignored. Premiums still coming out. Case is now with the Financial Ombudsman - at a cost of 600.00 to Dencover - before the Ombudsman even looks into the sides. Well done Dencover - you belong in the circus because your 'service' is a joke.

Very poor service. The processing time is very high. Consider other competitor dental insurance companies before taking out a policy with these guys.
