I highly recommend Laura. I had seen many different practitioners before seeing Laura and was feeling very anxious and vulnerable about my back and worried about seeing someone new. I need not have worried as Laura is incredibly knowledgeable and at the same time very kind and understanding. By my second treatment, I knew I was in good hands. My pelvis and back have never been better. I also find that I am calmer after a treatment and sleep better too. I feel really blessed to have met Laura and so grateful for all her help.

I visited Laura with a lower back problem, after numerous failed attempts by other osteopaths to fix it. She immediately put me at ease as I discussed the difficulties that I was having and was both sensitive and professional in her manner and thoroughly explained her thoughts and treatment options available to me. I have been treated by Laura for over 10 years. Her treatment is unlike normal Osteopaths who click everything back in to place. Laura minipulates muscles and bones back into place with no stress or pain. It is relaxing and she always leaves me feeling leaving a treatment session stress free and any back or muscle issues resolved.
I first met Laura several years ago when I came to her as “a last resort”. I had been suffering for two years with a trapped nerve at the top of spine and had been in agony all that time. I had gone from pillar to post, from physiotherapists to chiropractors only to go through misery and end up in even more pain. She diagnosed the problem immediately and in just three very gentle treatments - no clicking, crunching or manipulating - my problem was solved and I was pain-free. Since then Laura has been my go-to whatever the problem and she has helped me with back pain, positional vertigo, pain following carpal tunnel surgery and a broken arm, and an ongoing arthritic knee problem which will ultimately require replacement. I will rely on her for support and treatment both before and after surgery. She is unfailingly empathetic and supportive, her knowledge and skills are amazing and widespread and her practice is a tranquil and harmonious space in which to receive treatment. I highly recommend holmwood clinic. The clinic is clean and a very relaxing place and easy to park. I have been visiting the clinic for many years now. Laura helped me with sciatic pains during my second pregnancy. She always have good healthy tips to give too, even my shampoo she suggested a more natural product, and I loved it! She helped my husband when he had a bike accident and now she is helping my son.
