I ordered a day 2 and 8 test from Medwyn. I received the test kits later than they said but in time. 2 days after I sent the first test I emailed them to ask where the results were. I got the "your email is important to us and we aim to responded to you in 3 hours" generic response but 3 days on, I still have not received any further correspondence. I eventually received the "24hr" result after 5 days. still no response to my email. I have just sent in my day 8 test. I expect I will receive the results of that once I am back at work. I thought the idea was to know you are not infected with covid BEFORE you leave isolation? I see from other reviews on here that the are quick to respond to negative feedback on Google Reviews. I have no doubt there will soon be an apologetic response below this review saying how it's not their fault, very busy, short staffed, post is outside their control, you slipped through the net.. The usual. I appreciate you can't get it right every time. A simple apology and up to date ETA for this would suffice and no harm done. It does however rattle me when I am ignored, especially when I have paid over 200 for this service. So here's a tip: why not get the person who responds to these negative reviews on here to respond to peoples emails and you won't need to respond to bad reviews? Genius!

Avoid for PCR testing. Late delivery of test kits and slow processing of results. I booked a 2, 5, 8 day test to release kit with Medwyn. The 5 day kit didn’t arrive until late on day 5, posted back immediately, it arrived at their lab by midday on day 6, they then took in excess of 2 days to process results so I couldn’t be released until day 9! May as well have saved myself the money and waited until day 10. Slow to process despite the cost, can only be contacted by email for follow up.

Be wary of using Medwyn for at home Covid tests. My experience was that they sent out a test kit with components missing. They hide behind recorded message answer machines. They never answer the phone. They never respond to emails, They never respond to phone messages. The impression I was left with is that their service is indistinguishable from a scam. They happily took my money, delivered a substandard product and effectively disappeared! They don't appear to care that Covid tests are time sensitive and important.

Excellent service. The nurse who did my swap was lovely and put me at my ease. I got my result within 48 hrs as promised.

Very efficient service. Very convenient parking right next door. In and out in 10 mins. Swab taken by nurse and results emailed back in 48 Hrs. I had not problems entering my destination country. Other people on same flight as me were refused entry to our destination country as they had used kits posted to them and self administered. As well as the test certificate they had not having the time the sample was taken the immigration officers were also saying there was no independent proof of who had been swabbed as it was not taken by a third party. So I would not recommend using a postal kit. If you live near MOH I would strongly recommend using them.

Amazing staff! But first they sent an email in a wrong email address, one day before the test with instructions and what I have to bring with me(was not my fault, I sent them the right address) And I asked them to write my passport number in the PCR Covid test(it was mandatory prior my flight) and they didn’t.

Couldn't have been easier. Antibody test is conducted in a proper surgery with blood taken from the arm as you would expect. Appointment only so waited only a couple of minutes before being seen. It was explained that if the result were positive it wouldn't guarantee any immunity . The results were due within 48 hours and I received them by e mail in just about 24. Great car parking adjacent to the Health centre too.
