Friendly and cheerful staff. Essential goods are available here to prepare for White Cliff trails. Lots of goodies on discounts and high tech shirts for a fraction of the RRP. If you are keen on technical clothing, then you will agree there are some great bargains here.

Clean, tidy and well presented store. Visited late on Friday evening. A lot of choice and a fair amount heavily discounted coats, good choice too. Two members of staff working, one on the shop floor sweeping the other, a lady, on the till point. Neither members of staff offered help and the lady on the till appeared to be on a social call. We waited a little whilst she finished her call before we were served which was a shame as we weren't treated as a customer more of an annoyance. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars

Dover Store. Quite possibly the most unprofessional service I've had the displeasure of experiencing. Incorrect pricing happens, completely understand that. To have the so called manageress swap the price when I queried the POS was a bit cheeky, but to then go back and swap the description when I questioned it again was just embarrassing. Her attitude when I went to pay for the shoes was damaging to your brand. Happy to see a customer unhappy rather than just apologize for the mix up. Your customer service department on the phone were very good and promised that a manager would give me a call to discuss the feedback. After a second follow up call by myself another call was to be arranged by the area manager. Again, nothing nearly a week later. I would have rather given my feedback directly to the real manager rather than post on-line. Can safely say I won't go back again. Shocking.
