I have worked with dovetail for 3 years and i think they are amazing. They help where they can and schedule work around my child. Always thinking positively and working hard to help staff and clients. If I ever need support or have queries they are one call away and always help. In regards to clients I work with, they are always appreciative of the work we do and there families are always praising us for the efforts we put in to making there time with us as peaceful as possible. The staff I work with are amazing, they are always going above and beyond with helping clients and they are always there to help with queries too. I would highly recommend them to anyone I come across so if your thinking about it just give them a quick call or shoot an email across to them.

Dovetail carers have been lovingly caring for my in laws for a long time now. They go far beyond normal care and work with me and the family so my in laws continue to live together in their own home. Sara, Anne-Marie and Anne in the office are very knowledgeable and easy to approach for advice.
Dovetail Care are an excellent Care company specialising in domiciliary care. I've worked for them for over 2 years and find the work the most rewarding thing I've ever done. Fellow carers are supportive and the management are the best there is.
Dovetails have been brilliant, they cared for my Mum and helped her to maintain independence in her own home whilst suffering with dementia, I would personally like to thank all the carers for not only delivering the service but for befriending my mum and showing that they really cared for her.
I left dovetails to go with a client to a new agency .It was a larger agency with no personal touch they didn't take concerns seriously so I have left them and come back to dovetails as it's friendly and they care about there staff nearly as much as there clients I don't drive but I get my hours thanks to the lovely staff that work here
