Appalling customer service. Placed an order for animal feed on Tuesday for delivery. Was advised delivery available on Wednesday or Thursday. Was asked whether the order was urgent - responded that it was and requested delivery on Wednesday. No show on Wednesday. No show on Thursday. Called and complained. Was advised that delivery would be made between 9am-11am on Friday morning. No show until after this time (received call at approx 11.15am). I left work in Hull before midday Friday to deal with issue (as this had now become an animal welfare concern) and attended Driffield branch to make a further complaint and request recompense - request for recompense declined outright. Alison commented that Mike had not wanted to deliver to the site in the first place as the van had been stuck twice before. Why were we not told this when the order was placed on Tuesday? On a previous occasion when the van had been stuck - driver used scrap wood to get the van out and then left a total mess on site which we had to clean up. Driver could have avoided getting stuck by staying off the mud as he was told on the first occasion that he became stuck. Do not rely on this company to deliver when they say they will. Very poor. Would suggest looking elsewhere. EDIT: The response below from the business owner is not correct and does not address the issues raised above. The staff member we dealt with initially and upon making the final complaint accepted that there had been failures on the part of Warleys. It is not accepted that Warleys communicated effectively throughout the events described.

Just wanted to thank the young gentleman who was working Saturday PM for great advice about my dog's teeth! She loves the toy and it's really helping. Been using Warleys since I got my dog 7 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Great place to get your raw dog food. My boy loves it. I phone an order in and then go and collect. The staff are always really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recomend.
Great off road parking, great selection of animal items for all animal husbandry needs, good array of pet and livestock feed and treatment. Highly recommend
