I bought my 15 Reg Audi A3 from them 9n 27th November 2020. It was sold with a working Satnav, but arrived without the SD card required. I contacted the dealer and told them. They said they'd send it straight away. I'm still waiting. Multiple broken promises. Terrible communications. Terrible after sales service. They don't care.

Just got back home after picking up our car from Driven at Thornaby and must say my confidence is completely restored in cars sales, well some car sales as iv'e never been treat with so much respect. I personally dealt with 3 members of staff and they were Carl, Chris & Jeanette and all 3 were very professional , no hard car sale stuff or anything like that. Bought a Ford focus from Carl a few weeks back, absolutely love it the car is spot on! There was a noise with the breaks when I test drove it and they replaced all 4 break discs and pads without a hassle, they were happy to do it. I feel very well looked after and left feeling like I'll be looked after if there were to be any unforseen problems. Will definitly recommend them!
