I worked with Alison for 6 months and found her to be passionate about helping others and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Alison was supportive throughout, always there when needed, always listening and giving advice. There's none of this waiting a week for your weekly meeting and weigh in! I followed a tailored macro plan, which is a flexible eating plan, so as long as I hit my daily calories, protein and fat, I could eat what I wanted. I ate so much food and lost weight – how does that work! The number on the scales reduced, my body composition changed, dropping from a size 18 to a 16. I haven't worn size 16 clothes in over 15 years, so was more than happy with my progress. If you are serious about losing weight and getting in shape, I cannot recommend Alison highly enough.

Having lost weight and in general terms kept most of it off for years I’d quickly gained 2 stone due to an injury. Alison was recommended to me at a low point and she gave me hope and the knowledge about food to rebuild myself and get my life back on track. Although I’m back to my original weight my body is a different shape, I’m more confident and I feel much healthier. I’m committed to exercise too but at home not a gym. Alison has introduced me to body and weight bearing exercise to supplement my cardio workouts. I can’t thank her enough for her support and commitment to helping me be the best I can be and with this in mind I’ve decided after having a break from macros for a few months to build on what I’ve learnt and set a new challenge.
