There are a number of other dry cleaners/alterations stores in Leicester and I recommend you use one of them instead. I wish I had read the reviews before using this company. I love round the corner from here in a student flat and was enticed by the low price for repairs on a pair of trousers (I had broken the zipper and button, presumable from putting on too much weight recently). The shop attendee informed me the job would be done by the coming Saturday and charged me 12.00. Couldn’t complain. However, I had missed the Saturday as I was busy and went on the following Tuesday (it was a bank holiday weekend so the business was closed on the Sunday and Monday), to which I was then further informed my trousers would not be finished until the next day (the Wednesday, 4 days after the original date). I complained on the Tuesday and on the next day when I finally managed to collect the trousers and was offered no apology nor reparations for an awful service. Would not recommend using in future, especially after reading the other reviews as well. There are a number of other dry cleaners/alterations stores in Leicester and I recommend you use one of them instead.
Kind and friendly, trustworthy, professional, and on top of this: good value for money. Open on Saturdays.
I had a two-piece suit that needed to be dry cleaned. Although the price of 12 was enticing, I was shocked to find my suit completely wrinkled and smelling of foul odour when I collected it. I would avoid this business at all cost.
I have used this gentlemen's dry cleaners for years and find him absolutely fantastic, I'm surprised to read negative reviews but then I know he is based close by to students (and we now live in a society that loves to leave a bad review!! Particularly students!) He always remembers my name and I have never once had a reason to find anything to complain about, so I would highly recommend him!!
