So I call before and the guy tells me if I leave at 4 I'll make it. I'm there in 15 and he tells me the washing machines close 10 minutes before 5 even though the website states 7 and I only wanted a short wash anyway. He could have told me over the phone not to bother! Absolutely disgusting! Won't be going there again

Its ok I use the dryers but the people who run the launderette fill up the washing machines and dryers with their own orders for customers and sometimes leave them in there so you will have to ask them to remove it. On a few occasions I had to wait for a free dryer. The prices have increased dramatically over the last 2-3 years. One important note DONT use the tailor there, he messed up a simple trouser leg hem on some expensive suit trousers a few years ago and when I complained he was very rude and abusive about it. I have never used him since then.
