What a wonderful experience and it was all down to Darren Carter – we’re so pleased that we contacted him. From our very first contact, he took the time to get to know us, listening to what we wanted, as opposed to so many other salespeople who will sell you what they want. Darren is such a nice guy, and he believes in customer service first, offering an experience, not just a sale. From a practical perspective, Darren is always very quick to reply to emails or texts or calls. Darren is super polite and an ultimate professional, with an awesome attention to detail. I really can’t fault Duchy Architecture , and the reason for that is Darren.
