We hired a hot tub as a special lockdown birthday treat. Duchy were just amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and adhered to all of the covid restrictions. We had zero contact with them during set up - they left us perfectly set up for a wonderful week, afterwards when dismantled you wouldn't have known they'd been. Nothing was too much trouble and the tub was amazing! When you know you wouldn't use a hot tub every day, but fancy a treat Duchy are the best!

Really great service from this company. They left everything we would need and talked me through the running of it. Easy to have at home and the kids loved the birthday lockdown treat! Would recommend and will definitely use again in the Spring!
Really pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. My wife and I had a wonderful time in the evenings just chilling with a few drinks. There were floating lights and a radio which was a good addition. The kids also enjoyed it and couldn't wait to get in it every morning over the holidays. Thank you guys and happy New year.
