Booked an appointment, extremely efficiently then got a call saying they could come early if it was convenient! It was, The fitter arrived, did a full check, found the fault, explaining exactly what he was doing and even showing the faulty components! He stated the cost which he split into parts, which were very reasonable. Then he fItted a new aerial a new booster and an extra line into the house! All completed with minimum fuss and all mess cleaned up, whilst keeping his distance and wearing a mask! The payment was then collected by phone and card the next day! Excellent service! would recommend them to anyone, friendly and efficient!

Digital Direct provided a very efficient service when they connected our extension up to our sky box. They managed to fit us in before Christmas as we had no television available and did the work competently. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
A superb service from start to finish recently moved house and had no signal rang up and got sorted virtually next day with a new digital aerial and sockets to all rooms from a very professional fitter at a reasonable price. We now have perfect reception in all rooms. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
