Easy to park, staff are very pleasant, it doesn't get massively busy and its clean and well organized. If you get a choice of having to go to either here or Russell hall hospital choose here! The only downside is getting on and off the grounds as it is on a very busy dual carriageway, so care is needed here.

Just been for an MRI scan, clean and relaxed atmosphere which proves that big is not always beautiful. Efficient and friendly staff - excellent experience.
Had to visit for a physiotherapy appointment today. As always in Dudley and Sandwell I found the staff and treatment exceptional. However, parking was a nightmare. I arrived early to ensure I could get a space; drove round for twenty minutes and ended up parking half on a footpath. A very stressful experience. The waiting area was heaving with many people there for blood tests. The car parking facility is just not large enough for the volume of patients and staff. I can't see anywhere else locally where you can park close to the hospital. When the parking enforcement starts in earnest, patients will not be able to stay without incurring penalties. This problem spoils what is otherwise a superb hospital facility.
