*edit after reply from the owner* I was contacted by a representative and was told that there was a mistake in the booking system, I want to retract my review from earlier as I understand sometimes a honest mistake could happen. I have been visiting this clinic for the longest I can remember and it has been great and giving a review based on one day was wrong of me. The doctor I am appointed with is always kind and it was unfair of me to review what I said earlier. Mistakes happen, no biggie

Can't just walk in as some people tried. Not treating Covid 19 as a joke which is very professional. My wife is so scared of injection's and pain but thanks to these wonderful staff, she was able to get really good treatment for her dental problems. Highly recommended. Gr8 job guys. Thanks
Amazing place for dental treatments. My daughter just had braces done and they could not have been more amazing. The dentists are really helpful and they go out of their way to make me and my family feel good. I highly recommend it. 5*****
Extremely deflating experience today. I've kept this dentist for years, and even though I don't live local I've stayed loyal to this dentist for a long time and still travel back to Dudley to see this dentist. I was 10min late and got told for rebook and that I couldn't even sit and wait for another dentist to become free. No consideration that I travel 35-40min each time to come and see them and must pass several practises on the way before reaching this one. I've decided that this practise isn't what it used to be and it's time I find a dentist closer to me as this one really doesn't appreciate the 15 years of business I've given to them. Receptionist didn't even try to accommodate anything at all, it's like they can't be arsed to help patients..I'd rate 0 for today's experience if I could.
