Waste of time. Asked for a quote for some work and in fairness they came out the next day to look at the job. Never received a quote so chased them with 3 phone calls. Finally they rang back to discuss. After wasting 20 mins I still did not get a quote other than 'will be into 4 figures' and a comment of 'not sure we want the job'. Fine, why waste my time for 3 days then? Poor communication, failed to provide a quote and are now scrubbed from my list of companies I will deal with forever. Would not recommend at all. Total waste of time and if I could give no stars then I would!

Can’t understand where the previous contributor is coming from?? I have been dealing with Dugdales for the last 30 years and cannot fault their service and prices. Would certainly recommend them to all my friends and relatives.
Unbeatable Service. After the high winds this week, we had problems with our aerial and were recommended to call Dugdales from our farmer friend across the road. We called them early that afternoon and as we had nothing to watch they gave us a priority slot and were with us within 2 hours. All in all a first class service and we would certainly recommend them to all our friends and customers.
