I never write reviews but feel i should share my bad experience of the dealer. DON'T USE THEM. They are rude and incapable of any form of decent after sales service. Once they have sold you a car and got your money they don't want to know you. I had a free service after a few months when i bought a new car. It took them six minutes to carry out.I don't believe they did anything. My first year service which I paid for took them less than ten minutes. I could see inside the work shop from where i waited. The mechanic Steve may have actually opened the bonnet on this occasion but i did not actually see him do anything. They also object to doing any work under warranty. I thought today i would give them one last chance. They messed up the booking and were really rude to me. So no more....... Don't waste your time or energy going to them.

I have bought several cars from Dulwich Suzuki, and always received excellent service.

Dont Waste Your time with them, they are very rude and they charge you more than the usual price. I wanted them to give me the code for For my Suzuki radio and they said it cost 48, just for a code. I read the manual book and it said to ring the radio manufacture and it took ten minutes to send me the code with a cost of 10.

Took my 16 year old Suzuki Baleno to this dealer, to get it serviced (which I do annually). Paid good money, and was told to leave the car. Picked the car up a day or two later. 4 months later (yesterday), I just had the car MOTd at a local garage, who are very friendly. Alarm bells started ringing in my mind as they began asking when the car was last serviced, which I told them was 4 months ago. Apparently they couldnt not believe me, as the oil and air filter had not been changed/looked at, which they assured me ANY service should have done. Aside from that a number of other things were not done on the car. In addition, I had asked the Dulwich Suzuki dealership for a list of things they did during the alleged service, to which they told me they could not find my car in their system.... Wow. I suppose my money is gone, and an expensive lesson later I have decided I will be writing to Suzuki directly.
