SB Properties have been letting out my flat for over 10yrs. They are all just a lovely team. They deal with everything for me - from advertising the let, screening tenants, getting references, dealing with the latest legal bits, signing tenancy contracts, etc. They also inspect the property regularly to make sure it’s being maintained and advise me on what essential works needs done. They take all the telephone calls relating to flat problems and tenant issues. Stuart also organises good quality workmen and deals with that side of things for me. It works really well and I cannot recommend SB highly enough - I would not let out a flat any other way!!
