Gareth managed to revive our 11 year old iMac. We thought we may have lost everything but he managed to recover all our files, fit a new hard drive and advise on the purchase of a new external drive to prevent a similar thing happening again. The Mac is now running better than it has in a good few years. Excellent all round service and good value for money.

I was blown away by Gareth's thoroughness, kindness and professionalism when dealing with my daughter's macbook. The time he took trying to get it fixed, and then helping us to write an ad to sell it - and then wouldn't accept any payment because 'no fix, no fee'!!!! Service honestly doesn't get any better than this!!! 100% recommended
Needed console cleaning done (ps4) at short notice. Was able to get consoles in within a days notice and have them back within 48 hours. Excellent service and informative when describing the work carried out. Would use again.
