What a great find! First appointment at Liv's this week. We brought my mum out of a care home when we moved up north. Liv/Jenn (\you choose!\, she said) fitted us in at short notice for a three-generation appointment, explaining that Monday is usually her quiet day and that we would have the salon to ourselves. This felt really reassuring, and was something special too. None of us had had our hair touched all year, and Mum (82) needed a perm. My daughter and I had trims during the gaps in the process. I'd been looking for a hairdressing service that felt really safe, and realised that Jenn would be extra vigilant about pandemic measures and hygiene issues when I read that she is also medically vulnerable. I have just come off a clinical trial for cancer myself, and two others in the household are in the high risk group as well. We also clocked the fact that there's a disabled loo and, incidentally, a secure kids' play area integrated into the salon - what an inspired touch. The environment at Liv's was welcoming and lived up to all our expectations from the reviews we'd read. We were warmly received, and soon felt completely at home. I was amazed at how the time flew by, and felt like a regular already by the time we left! Jenn is an easy-going, friendly, relaxed person who puts you at your ease and you can tell she has a really big heart. Liv's was an inspired find and we'd definitely recommend it to others. Great to find somewhere genuinely following public health guidelines and concerned to look after the more vulnerable already disproportionally affected by the pandemic, too.

Jenn (Liverpool Jenn) a livs hair and beauty has been doing my hair for years and each time I leave her salon I go home with lovely bright, shiny strong hair. Jenn goes above beyond to make sure her cilents leaving the salon happy and feeling fabulous wouldn't go anywhere else
