We had a sudden tsunami of soot in our lounge and needed help fast. The receptionist grasped the situation quickly and got back to me within 5 minutes promising me a visit from Dry Fusion. David and a team came later that afternoon and could not have been more helpful and professional in assessing the situation. The carpet was cleaned immediately which was wonderful and Ryan offered to use his holiday leave to come in and clean our 3 piece suite. I would not hesitate to recommend Dry Fusion as we found them to be professional, friendly, efficient and competitively priced.
