Needed a quick car replacement and Jonathan was more then helpful. All paperwork taken care of very quickly (but all explained at each step so not rushed) and got a very nice car that tick all my boxes and then some, also under budget! Would happily use again.

Ordered a car from These guys and had nothing but trouble constantly chasing as to where the car was meant to be as it was a click and collect delivered to a closer branch to me it should have left the branch on Tuesday, but due to snow it was stuck. It took them till the Thursday to have the place cleared then along came Friday the car was supposedly on it’s way and I was told to begin with this is a next day service so I called the collect and collect garage to see why the script was? Still no car I’m informed that it sits in a yard for paperwork to be updated and it would be with me Tuesday Wednesday! Eh no! Stick your car I don’t want it I have been constantly chasing the sales man to find out what’s happening and getting fobbed off with utter nonsense at every stage. I for one won’t be back as for the sales man as far as I’m concerned shouldn’t have a job. The manager emailed me on the Saturday morning saying he would deliver it on the Monday by this time they had taken me for a jog long enough so he was politely tiled to cancel the deal and I sourced a car elsewhere!

Very professional, everything was excelent and far beyond my expectations, very friendly and helpful staff . Recomend to anyone who need rent car. Definitely come back in future if I need rent or buy new one.

Can not fault this branch 1 bit, conor was amazing, I phoned this morning and was able to pick my new car up at 6pm. Conor even sent me a video of my car and told me what all my buttons and that were on the video, even tuned my radio to radio 1, amazing customer service
