I was visiting Dundee at the weekend and popped into Optical Express Dundee city centre, to have my husbands specs repaired as the lens had come out and didn’t have the screw. I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman who very meticulously managed me in relation to CV19. Taking my temperature, replacing my mask & allocating me a seat. He then proceeded to repair the specs and returned them clean and gave me a new case, and all free of charge! Great service all round. Many thanks.
