DO NOT USE! Rude staff, terrible customer service and they can’t slow service! went in to get my PS4 fixed at 10am. Explained exactly what was wrong to the man behind the desk and was quoted 30 (55-65 i was told in email. They told me the following day at 5:45 it was done so rushed in to collect to find out it was not fixed at all. No apologies at all he just grabbed my disc and shoved it in to tell me it wasn’t fixed. He then said he’d contact he the next day and I didn’t hear anything back for another 5 days. Came in to collect and was charged 70. No apologies. PS4 is fixed but never the less that’s the least I expected. No refund or money knocked off for all the inconvenience. Take your devices anywhere else in Dundee just don’t waste your time with them.
