Shortly before the lockdown my partner booked for us to stay in one of Pillows apartments for my birthday. I can honestly say that booking with them offered a better and feasible alternative to the same old with a hotel. We received pre-arrival details well in advance of our stay, which explained the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. The staff were very attentive and gave us tips on local amenities. The apartment was luxurious, the view from our balcony was breath taking and overall a real birthday treat! I look forward to staying again in the future.

We had major stress with Scott who hosts a number of properties across the UK. He had double booked us into a property and didn't even know ! He accepted the booking on AIR B&B , then took 2 payments , this was all 3-2 weeks before , he then received a number of messages through the air b&b app, text messages and wattapps and still will not take responsibility. Scott is crook and a middleman who is trying to make a quick commission from other peoples properties. God bless Air B&B for helping us and refunding or money. Pillow Partners is currently being investigated

Just come home from a great stay away in Cornwall. Booked via Facebook Pillow page, booking process was easy, lots of communication from Pillow, the cottage we stayed in was gorgeous. I'll definately book with Pillow again, can't fault them.
