Visited Dunelm during pandemic time for good collection ordered online. Would like to enter shop and have a wider look around as there can be many beautiful and useful things for my home.

Purchases made online with ease. Sadly not all I wanted was available for collection, but what was, I ordered. Plenty of parking. Store closed for general shopping but the click & collect area set up & clearly marked. Staff were polite & helpful.

Had to order item online, but it was ready within the hour, went to collect the item and was on my way home within 5 minutes, very friendly service.
You can find really nice things at affordable prices, the only issue I found was that pretty much every single item I wanted to buy and take home with me was not available for buying. Basically they had the items exposed in the shop but they have to be ordered. I mean I guess if someone walks in a shop instead of ordering something online is because they want to buy it there and then. Besides that, everything else was a good experience in general and the staff was just lovely.
