I ordered some curtains to pick up from the shop. There was no queue when I went on a Sunday, and everything was set up so I felt safe picking up my order. However when I got home I realised that the top pair of curtains was what I had asked for, but the second pair was the wrong type! I had to go back the following day for a straight exchange and the lady who answered the phone, put the correct curtains to one side and swapped them for me was very helpful; she apologised for a human error. My daughter loves her new curtains!

My first visit in a Dunelm. Very well laid out, prices clearly visible on products and shelves, pretty well priced too. Covid measures are good none sticky hand gel, one way system. And a massive amount of stock on display is the most positive aspect for me. Not having to open boxes to have a sleek peak.

Visited this store for the first time yesterday was very impressed at the layout,levels of stock and the ease of finding items. This store has to be congratulated on its staff,friendly very helpful and cheerful, a special mention to Jill on the curtain dept who definitely went the extra mile in order to help us it was much appreciated and we will return
