If I could give more stars, I would. The service from Kia Dunfermline is always absolutely amazing. I feel like a donut talking to garages usually about cars but Kia Dunfermline also reassure me and help with any issues I may have (not a Kia car incidentally). After the snow we have had this week my car was booked in to have some work done and was due to be collected by Green Flag. They couldn't make it due to the weather. Graham came up to jump start the car and drove it down to Kia so the repairs could take place. I honestly cannot thank you enough. Absolutely brilliant.

I just got back from this salon and I am disgusted. I gave the car under warranty because something light happened. The repair was removed quickly and efficiently but I wanted to update the navigations by the way. Because it probably never was done. And here it started. In this salon, this service costs 40 pound. Where in Edinburgh, after making the phone call, I found out that the update costs 25pound there: / And on the KIA website it says that the update is free. (The first 6 times after that are payable). Then you told me that in the UK it is payable and it's 40 pound :( I don't know what to think about it. My last question was if they could update the soft gearbox (7 speed DCT) Then, with great surprise, the lady says that there is no such thing. I will not explain now that there is such a thing. If someone does not believe, let him check for himself. I do not recommend it, I think that they only look at the money, they do not care about the costumer or his car !!!

I do not recommend ! I bought a car and after a week I found that one panel was painted. (it was badly made and you can see the differences in color) I returned to ask if the car had any adventure or is it a defect of the glazing? (the car still has a 2-year warranty). I was informed that the panel was painted and the warranty does not cover it, and they immediately added that the car could not be returned. So they didn't offer me anything and decided it was my fault because I could watch the car without any time limit. So I didn't see it is my fault. Unfortunately, I really liked the car, I spent 300 painting it on my own. I've never liked anything this horrible. Unfortunately, never trust a car dealer. They just want your money. Then the friendship ends and the war begins.

Bought a car in September and I can say the service was excellent we were helped by Joe who was very professional there was no pressure in any way he left us to look over car and check it out there was no looking over your shoulder when we decided to buy he explained all the extra things you could take but at no time were we being pressured to take them in the end we took a service plan which was a good deal and although the car was 15 months old we got a full 7 year warranty as the car had been owned by Kia. All in all a very good experience and look forward to getting our services done up there in the future as the car is superb and plan on keeping it long term.
