I found the sales team to b very informative and helpful. Friendly attitudes also. From the first Time I enquired about my new car everything moved very swiftly and car was ready to go very soon after. Also they threw in free warranty so that was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Macklins Ford Dunfermline. My van was recalled for some work to be done,I was kept updated at all times and supplied with a courtesy van. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for servicing and sales.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I had to have my exhaust repaired after 1600 miles of purchase. They were absolutely great. I had envisioned a struggle to get them to do it but I could not have been more wrong. They were great not a quibble I just dropped it off they examined and repaired. It was a pleasure to deal with them both for the purchase and this unforeseen repair. I need to add that they could not have picked up the fault earlier because of its nature
Went in to Macklin motors with my daughter last month. Customer service was second to none. Certainly a cut above the pushy and rude sales pitch she received elsewhere. Mark was a gentleman. He asked her what she was looking for and needed. Gave good advice He found her a car suitable to her needs at the right price.
