Great place I took my grandson in his wheel chair I couldn't get it so looked through the window the laddie was brilliant and my 5 year old grandad so loves it thank all that lovely people that give up there spare, time for all ages than to ever one that there his face lights up to go racing brilliant

Great facilities for running and fitness training.Outside there is a 400m track and inside there is a 60m track.there is also a gym upstairs full of bikes and weight benches medecing balls and treadmills.
