Hired a kilt a few times from here, staff are always friendly and accommodating. The last time I requested a hire it was relatively short notice and they organised everything for me. Great service.
Enquired as to the price of a baby kilt set today in the window. A woman with short blonde hair snapped '75!' Without even looking up and wasn't interested in letting me look at it. She was incredibly rude and virtually shut the door in my face. I needed one and would have bought it if she hadn't been so rude and off-hand. Terrible customer service. Every purchase helps every company. Certainly won't be hiring any. Kilts t of principle!
