This husband and wife team saved mine and my families' bacon last week and I really can't speak highly enough of their service. My sons iPad broke as he pulled the charger cable out roughly during a day of home-schooling. The iPad cable came off in the iPad. Obviously, this is the very worst time for something like this to happen and panic station and stress immediately set in. I frantically googled somewhere to go and me across them pretty quickly. Within 2 minutes of calling them, they had diagnosed the problem and given me cost estimates. They were so reassuring, knowledgable and friendly and said I could come in within the next 30 minutes which was a huge relief. Upon arrival, the shop was meticulously clean and COVID compliant, lots of sanitisers and a system to wait until it was your turn if they were busy. They were expecting me and immediately took the iPad to diagnose the issue. They reassured me they would try their best to avoid taking the screen off and I could tell they genuinely were hoping it was a straight forward fix. They asked me to wait in the car and very shortly, they called and said it was ready. To my huge relief, they have managed to fix it without taking the screen off and had fixed it so quickly. To say I was overjoyed and they had made my week was an understatement. I am sorry I forgot the ladies name but she was so kind and caring and recognised the utter despair this had caused me. With a huge sigh of relief, the fix has worked and she even gave me tips on how to tell my son to pull ou the charger in future so it doesn't happen again. I wouldn't hesitate for a second using this shop. Professional, quick, safe and trustworthy whilst doing a great job fixing it without trying to charge you more than you need to pay. I drove 40 mins to get to them and would do it again in a heartbeat if something else breaks. THANK YOU, YOU MADE OUR WEEK and are very kind people.

Fantastic service replacing an iPhoneX screen. Was super fast (under an hour) and reasonably priced. Screen working perfectly now. Lovely to deal with. Would recommend.
Cracked my phone screen last night. Called up this morning and was told I could pop in to the high street store and they could get it fixed in 30-40 mins. So I popped in and that's exactly what happened, brand new screen put on and fantastic friendly service from the staff in there. So chatty and friendly I felt very comfortable leaving my phone and trusted their service.
Beautiful repair, very quick (30 minutes) and fair price. My screen was totally broken beforehand with five large, deep cracks. Now looks like new again. Very happy. Thank you.
