Sadly due to a problem with the paint on my vehicles hardtop (whoever did the spraying must have done it in a sand storm) and the Ssangyong branch being closed Jordan at the Dunstable branch is dealing with it and hopefully he has managed to arrange to get the work required to resolve the issue in the near future. Jordan has worked hard to get this resolved amicably and as quickly as possible but covid-19 has made a speedy resolution hard due to social distancing.

Asked for a key coding service for a brand new uncut Kia key. I went to Kia Dunstable twice. Firstly to show the key I have that needs to be coded for my car, secondly to book the service. Service can only be booked via the phone, which was a bit surprising, since I was at the dealership already. But I complied and booked it.over the phone. After all, it's Covid . Service was booked for a specific date at 11am. When I drove to Kia Dunstable, or Grovebury Cars, I was informed my service had been rebooked for 11.30am (no one botthered calling to inform). I said I had appointments already in place and had arrived there for the booking they made. It's not my fault if there was a miscommunication from their side. The employee was understanding of this and asked his colleagues if they could accommodate my previous booking time. This is when I'm informed they could not code my key because it's not previously cut. I told the staff that I had already been there twice, showed the key to his colleagues and no one told me about it or asked me to get the key cut somewhere else. Kia Dunstable does not cut keys.... They all saw the key before . This is when the Kia employee became very dismissive and refused to help any further. Even after I said I needed the key done as soon as possible. Not even offered to rebook the service. Now I have to book another slot with Kia to have my issue sorted, again losing time and wasting fuel, because someone couldn't do their job properly. But I'm not using Kia Dunstable again.

Wandered around looking at cars with the intention to buy. However the staff could not be bothered to even ask if I wanted help or if I had seen anything I liked as I can only presume that it was too cold for them to step outside to serve or converse with me. I will buy a car in the next few days but from some where that appreciates my custom . Cannot recommend

I would like to thank the service team for looking after an inpatient man when I arrived to pick up my car thinking it would be ready for me when I got there but it wasn't because I asked for extra work to be carried out so I would like to say sorry. Andfor been professional and kind to me you do a great job looking after me and the car thank you so much keep up the great work.
