Pleased with the service from Lyndsey on reception she explained everything to me and said she would phone me as soon as my car was ready to collect. She did call a few hours later which was sooner than expected and told me my car would be ready in about half hour as it was just going for a wash and valet. I arrived about an hour later to give them time to complete the work. Lyndsey again was very professional and explained everything that had been done and that my car was parked round the corner. Due to covid they try to restrict the number of people having access to vehicles which I was happy with. When I found my car i walked round to inspect it and noticed that it had only been washed down one side all down the passenger side it was still dusty and hadn't seen any water. Shame because that's the first time I've used Thurlow Nunn Dunstable.
