Ordered the Arbarth go kart for Christmas for my 6 year old, on building on Christmas Eve had missing cosmetic parts so not a massive issue, however on my son riding the go kart on Christmas day the chain kept coming off, to put the chain back on you have to unscrew 8 screws and take off the covering, did this which is a pain and within 5 minutes it came off again, repeated above and the chain never stayed on more than 10 mins of my son playing with it. Contacted them and asked for a replacement and they asked us to send back in box which by the time we'd got the reply we had already had our bins emptied. Managed to send back anyway, on sending another out they deceitfully sent us a used one, it was obvious it was used as the box was battered and you could see had been taped back up on one side, on opening the box the frame and plastic covering around the chain was all scuffed, however they had changed the wheels in the box for new ones hoping we wouldn't notice. We sent straight back, and after chasing are now finally receiving a refund almost a month after reporting a problem and my son is still without his Christmas present. Won't be using again.

Horrendous Company!! After confirming delivery would arrive in time via live chat etc I placed my order in good faith. The day of arrival I called to ask for tracking information. After many calls I was told there supplier’s phone wasn’t working and they were not replying to emails... they advised I go out to purchase another electric ride on to ensure I had it for my son’s birthday in time!!!! We have been left totally got smacked by this company. It’s beyond words. I blame myself for not reading these reviews before hand. It’s something I always normally do but on this occasion I didn’t. I feel I’ve let myself down. We still haven’t heard one word regards a refund or where the product actually is at present. We have had to buy another item as it was our son’s birthday today. They have also mentioned if we want to return the product once delivered we will be charged a returns fee!!!! This will not be happening. I feel they should be compensating us with the hassles we have had. We feel completely lied to. I hope you find our review helpful in making your decision to purchase from Duplay. We will very gladly never be using this company again. Appalling customer service.
This company should not even be rated a 1 as they are so unreliable and horrendous. Had an email chat with Liam regarding whether they would be able to fulfil an order if I placed online. I was then nervous about whether they could deliver for Xmas so confirmed that I would be able to drive to Hull if necessary to collect. They confirmed I could, so I placed the order in good faith and they then cancelled my order two days later leaving my 4 year old without his present! Please take my advice and NEVER use this company!!!

Do not buy from this company. Once they have received your money they offer NO customer service. I purchased a go-kart for my son and when assembling this I discovered the frame was damaged. Having contacted Duplay they were slow to respond to emails, would not answer customer services related phone calls and were really unhelpful. Almost 2 weeks on from when I purchased the go-kart and I am no further forward - totally useless customer services - looks like I am going to have to get a refund through my credit card company.
No aftersales customer care. My items box arrived ground in dirt and damaged, but as it was a present, I was so embarrassed to gift it. And it wasn’t a cheap item! Their reply was ‘all items in the warehouse will get grubby’ Amazon knocks spots off these people and their warehouse must be 10x larger. No exchange offered with rude replies. Have given up but will never use again.
Ordered 5 different items, all were delivered within 3 working days including the personalised number plates which are great quality
Ordered multiple times from Duplay, they've offered great customer service when I have needed assistance and the staff have been very polite and helpful. All products I have ordered are of great quality and I would recommend this website to many others, I do not understand all of the negative reviews on Duplay as I have been using the site for many years and haven't encountered any difficulties.
