Referral made from my company on the 14th of October, they finally rang me back after repeated requests on the 24th of November to offer an appointment on the 1st of December. Pointless. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible company, these run medical appeals tribunals for the government for public services, they are meant to act impartial, however they clearly ignore the appellant and will always update the local authority, they are a unprofessional and very poor company as the government doesn't hold them to account, I would advise all companies who are thinking of using this company to steer clear as you are on a fast track to ombudsman complaints and reviews, reviewed on 30/11/20
