What a find. The cafe has a gorgeous atmosphere: gentle old fashioned music; soft lighting; medieval stained glass windows; wooden floors; lots of natural light. The staff are lovely and service is perfect. The cakes are incredibly good. Try the lemon, it’s utterly delicious. The coffee is wonderful. Perfect place for small family lunch or coffee a deux.

I can't recommend D'Urberville enough! The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The decor was beautiful. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cosy. The coffee was insanely good! (Reads of course). This is definitely my new spot in Sherborne town!

This is a cracking little shop with a really great cafe in it too. Some quirky and interesting items for sale from the past set out beautifully in this great old building. Take a look and if nothing takes your fancy something in the cafe probably will.

Lovely antique shop. Cafe not so good. Got shown to a table and after waiting 15 mins decided to leave. Table service was stated on the board and others who arrived after us were being dealt with and we were not. The staff behind counter not wearing masks, far too many tables for covid situation, and I watched the lady from behind the counter go and write lunch time menu on chalk board whilst sitting on one of the tables, when she'd finished she allowed 2 people to sit at it without cleaning it. Didn't feel like eating there after witnessing this. So we left.

Interesting artifacts for sale, then afterwards enjoy a coffee in the coffee shop.

Quite a place. The vintage product lines are great but the coffee shop is something else. The cake is amazing and we will definitely be going back for more! Lots of stairs, so be warned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is a hidden gem.
